WooCommerce

The integration with WooCommerce enables conversational paths (User Stories) on order status through recognition of the logged-in user and retrieval of order detail information.

Technical integration

To integrate WooCommerce you need to create a customer key to authorize access to the information. From the WooCommerce backend go to Settings > Advanced > Rest API. Click on the Add key button and then:

  1. Name the integration (e.g., “Heres Chatbot”);
  2. set the Read permission;
  3. Save the new key;
  4. Provide Heres with the Heres Customer key , Customer secret and End point to access the API.
