PrestaShop

The integration with PrestaShop enables conversational paths (User Stories) on order status through recognition of the logged-in user and retrieval of order detail information.

Technical integration

To integrate PrestaShop, a customer key must be created to authorize access to the information. From the PrestaShop backend, access the Advanced Parameters > Webservice section and then:

  1. Enable the webservice;
  2. Click on Add key;
  3. Add a description to the integration (es. “Heres Chatbot”);
  4. Set Read permission to grant access to Clients and Orders;
  5. Save the new key;
  6. Provide Heres with the API KEY and End point to access the API.
