Integration with BigCommerce enables conversational paths (User Stories) on order status through recognition of the logged-in user and retrieval of order detail information.

Technical integration

To integrate BigCommerce, a customer key must be created to authorize access to information. From the BigCommerce backend, go to Advanced Settings > API Accounts > Create API Account, then:

  1. name the integration (e.g. “Heres Chatbot”);
  2. in the section OAuth Scopes, select the minimum scopes the app will require;
  3. save;
  4. provide Heres with the API KEY and End point to access the API.
