A plug-and-play connector is available for Zendesk Support that allows a ticket to be generated on Zendesk with the fields automatically valorized. Depending on the structure of the ticket and the conversational flow, one or more field enhancement modes may be available:
- fields that will be enhanced automatically, e.g., status, tags, priority, and ticket subject;
- fields that will be enhanced through information extraction, e.g., if the user is logged in the chatbot already knows the user ID (e.g., email), which will then be entered into the ticket through the application of chatbot logic;
- fields that will be enhanced upon explicit request to the user, (e.g., a code, a message, a file) that cannot be retrieved by connectors and applying logic.
Technical integration
To integrate Zendesk Support you must provide the username and password of a user who is enabled for the required functionality.
