The Wizard-like interaction is an interaction mode that involves browsing topics managed by the chatbot through a guided conversational path. The aim is to facilitate the user in searching for information and providing him/her with related topics. The proposed path is conveyed by the selection of Contextual quick reply buttons, that help the user navigate the chatbot content independently and quickly.
