Agent Console

The Console is a control panel that contains features for monitoring and managing the virtual agent.

  • Live Chat: advanced tools for real-time monitoring of the status of conversations and chat intervention if needed.
  • Conversations: history of conversations since the chatbot’s production release.
  • Users: history of the users who have used the chatbot and, for each user, data on the conversations conducted and attributes recorded. It is possible to keep track of individual conversations, lead, and chat operations through the use of appropriate counters (goals).
  • Report: indicator dashboard to monitor the performance of the conversational agent and the data generated during conversations. Several views and aggregation options are provided, as well as the setup of custom project indicators.
  • Collaboration (enterprise only): a collaborative system that enables communication between Heres and the Client’s teams.
  • Knowledge Base: a bot-building tool that enables the management of the agent’s knowledge base through building blocks called User Stories.
  • Trigger: section dedicated to customizing the operation of the chatbot by triggering the desired action.
  • Form: a tool that allows for the conversational collection of data.
  • Utility: a set of tools dedicated to the graphical configuration of the chat, management of general assistant operation settings, setting up and consulting “internal” databases, and creation and management of operators.
