Thanks to the integration with Kaleyra, within the Live chat, a collaborative video communication system enables one-click video calls to be initiated directly from the Heres console.
The chatbot will provide the user, directly from the chat, with a link that, if clicked, will open a video call with the operator.
The service is available on all devices, mobile and desktop, and can be used securely without requiring the installation of any dedicated software/app.
In addition to the video call service, screen sharing and exchanging attachments can be enabled. When used from the mobile device, the user can send videos or photos via the device’s camera.
Technical integration
To enable the integration with Kaleyra no special installation is required: just a Kaleyra account and the following information:
- company id
- environment
- endpoint
- API key
