The integration with Hubspot CRM enables lead generation and user profile enrichment with information recorded by the chatbot. The integration enables reading contact data, creating new contacts, associating contacts with specific groups. Available (recordable) for each contact are:
- email;
- name;
- surname;
- website;
- company;
- telephone;
- address;
- city;
- province;
- ZIP code;
- lifecyclestage.
Technical integration
The integration with Hubspot requires enabling the chatbot by creating new credentials through the Hubspot interface (under Integrations > API key) and providing the client_id and api_key parameters.
