Magento 2

Integration with Magento 2 enables conversational paths (the User Stories) on order status through logged-in user recognition and retrieval of order detail information.

Technical integration

To integrate Magento 2, a private integration must be created to authorize access to information. From Magento 2 backend access to the section System > Integrations. Click on Create new integration and:

  1. Give the integration a name (e.g., “Heres Chatbot”)
  2. in the section API, grant access to the resources Clients and Orders;
  3. save the integration;
  4. click on Enable for the newly created integration, then click on Allow;
  5. share with Heres the following data: Access token, Access token secret and Endpoint Magento.
